NeoBid was founded to address energy as a strategic factor in property management. Our services range from energy procurement and digital metering to energy data and photovoltaic and green electricity solutions. We operate independently, based on market principles, and with a clear focus on efficiency, transparency, and sustainability.
Our team brings together diverse backgrounds from the real estate, energy, sales, IT, and data analytics sectors. What unites us is the commitment to taking responsibility, developing pragmatic solutions, and achieving measurable results. Previously focused on ESG and sustainability. Owner of a strategy consulting boutique specializing in the real estate industry and professor of real estate economics. Bridges the gap between the real estate and energy markets and brings the relevant stakeholders together.

Thomas Ruebelmann
Managing Director & Co-Founder
Translates complex energy markets into transparent decisions. Extensive leadership experience in asset management at national and international real estate companies. Early focus on optimizing energy for large real estate portfolios. Consulting background in digitalization, efficiency, and organization. Combines market knowledge, technical understanding, and practical implementation skills.
