Individual parishes, facilities or companies can participate voluntarily. We assess whether their volumes, contract deadlines and product requirements fit the procurement model. Aggregation alone does not guarantee a price advantage.

Contracting parties, authorisations and internal approvals are agreed for each legal entity. Existing framework agreements and organisational requirements are considered before approaching the market.

Do all facilities have to participate at the same time?
No. We assess a suitable starting point with you, for example individual facilities or an agreed part of the group. Existing contracts and deadlines are decisive.
Will we receive support throughout the contract term?
Yes. We agree which supply point, contract and supplier processes NeoBid will handle and clarify the necessary authorisations and contacts.
What do you need for the Quick-Check?
Recent electricity or gas bills, an existing supply point overview and upcoming deadlines provide a good starting point. We discuss your objectives and next steps together.
