MORE TIME FOR YOUR DAILY WORK
Your properties.
Our shared perspective.
We know day-to-day property management from experience. That is why we tailor our support to your processes, clients and team.
You stay in control. We coordinate agreed energy matters and remain available after supplier selection.
How we support your team ↗Less coordination.
A clearer overview.
Gain an overview, prepare decisions and coordinate ongoing processes more easily. Choose the topic currently on your team’s agenda.
| Task | Our contribution | Your benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Data and deadlines | We review existing bills, supply point overviews and contract deadlines. Together, we record missing information and contacts. Different owners, contracting parties and authorisations remain clearly assigned. | You gain a shared working basis for procurement and know which information is still needed. |
| Strategy and tendering | Use, volumes, contract terms and owner specifications determine the strategy. We monitor the market through the NeoBid Energy Platform and develop a procurement and risk strategy with you. We also assess joint property tenders or aggregation through IMMO-Pool. | You can explain the chosen approach transparently to owners. Green electricity, gas quality and other product requirements are included in the tender as agreed. |
| Offers and decisions | We compare offers and contract terms with you. On request, you receive a detailed presentation for the Quick-Check and later supplier selection, supporting internal discussions with owners or asset management. | Decision criteria are prepared and documented. The authorised client selects the supplier; the management company’s powers are clarified in advance. |
| Supply points and contracts | After signing, you can register, deregister and update supply points through NeoBid One. With the required authorisations, we handle agreed supplier communication, support changes and resolve queries throughout the contract term. | Your team has one contact for agreed energy matters. We agree scope, responsibilities and required information at the start. |
| Tenants and reporting | On request, we include tenants in the procurement strategy. We develop communication concepts or undertake agreed tenant outreach. With appropriate data access, we prepare consumption and CO₂ data for tailored reports, presentations or external systems. | Owner and tenant consumption can be considered together. We tailor reporting formats and data series to your clients’ requirements; data scope, access and system integration are agreed separately. |
Suited to your management organisation.
For condominium, rental and individual-unit management, commercial properties and owners with in-house management. Whether a single property or a portfolio, we tailor collaboration to your structures.
Owners and mandates
Who is the contracting party, who approves procurement and which authorisation is available? We clarify roles before approaching suppliers.
The asset manager perspective ↗Use and changes
Residential and commercial use, vacancy, new properties and changes to heating systems alter demand. Known plans are considered in the tender.
After the contract is concluded, we support the agreed processes as needed and by agreement throughout the term: registrations, deregistrations and re-registrations of supply points, as well as changes when tenants move in or out. NeoBid One can keep tasks and updates traceable where you wish and commission this service.
Where required for your mandate, we also review energy-related items in service-charge statements. This includes, in particular, supplementary charges issued by grid operators after a delay; the legal and commercial settlement remains with the responsible parties.

Direct communication.
We complement your management team and asset management. Together, we establish who provides information, who decides and which processes NeoBid handles.
The client decides
Owners or authorised contacts approve objectives and procurement. NeoBid prepares the decision and documents the assessment.
Management connects
You know the properties and on-site changes. We agree which data and notifications your team supplies and where we coordinate directly with other parties.
NeoBid supports
We handle the commissioned procurement and support tasks. After supplier selection, we remain available for the agreed matters.
Start with existing data.
For an initial Quick-Check , a recent annual electricity or gas bill and a supply point overview are often sufficient. We discuss deadlines, responsibilities and your needs, then address missing data selectively.
Go to the Quick-Check ↗Good to know.
Can several owners take part in a joint tender?
Yes, provided authorisation, contracting parties and decision-making processes are clear. We assess which supply points can usefully be aggregated. Joint procurement does not mean owners must give up their separate contracts or responsibilities.
Do we have to coordinate the entire process ourselves?
No. We agree which steps NeoBid handles and where your information or approval is needed. With appropriate authorisation, we can communicate directly with energy suppliers.
Can we start while existing contracts are running?
Yes. We can begin by assessing data, deadlines and future procurement steps. Existing supply contracts and mandates inform the scope and timetable.
Who pays NeoBid?
NeoBid is remunerated by the energy supplier awarded the contract. The authorised client decides whether to sign. We agree service scope and responsibilities in advance.
