For operators & owner-occupiers

Your operations come first.
Procurement that fits.

Whether you own or lease your premises, NeoBid aligns your energy demand, budget objectives and contract terms. We prepare decisions and handle agreed tasks, while you stay in control of your operations.

Less coordination. Greater clarity.

A hotel with seasonal occupancy, a care facility operating around the clock, or a business with multiple sites: procurement is shaped by actual use, not simply by the building category. We start with the supply contracts you are responsible for and treat energy billed through your landlord separately.

Hotels

Occupancy, catering, hot water and wellness facilities shape energy demand. We align volume assumptions, contract terms and flexibility with your hotel operations.

Student apartments

Tenant changes and academic terms affect occupancy. We consider shared areas, heating and contracted energy services with clearly defined responsibilities.

Care facilities

Round-the-clock operations require reliable planning. We factor heating, hot water, kitchens and laundry into procurement and support your teams with contract matters.

Your operations set the requirements.

Clarify sites and responsibilities

Which legal entity signs each contract? Which supply point serves your operations, and which serves communal areas? We organise addresses, market locations, meters, contract end dates and contacts. For leased premises, the lease and the energy contract are treated separately. This creates a basis for coordinated tenders with clear responsibilities.

Understand consumption and change

Annual volumes alone do not show when energy is needed. Where available, we incorporate measured load data. Operating hours, shift patterns, refrigeration, hot water and seasonal occupancy help interpret demand. New equipment, site expansions, closures, solar generation and charging points are documented as planning assumptions. Missing metered data is identified explicitly.

Balance budgets and flexibility

A fixed energy price does not automatically mean a completely fixed total bill. We distinguish the procured energy component from other charges and compare which changes each contract permits. Equally important are settlement of excess and shortfall volumes, applicable tolerances and the ability to add or remove sites. These terms belong in the offer comparison alongside contract duration.

From preparation to ongoing support.

01 / Prepare together

We start with bills, contract deadlines and available consumption data. Together, we clarify planned changes and who checks information, approves offers and signs contracts. Procurement, finance, site teams and, where relevant, managing agents receive agreed responsibilities. You do not need a complete dataset for the initial conversation.

02 / Compare offers against your risk limits

We agree how much price and volume risk your business is prepared to accept. Fixed prices, staged purchases or market-linked components are assessed against your needs. Offers are compared on scope, product quality, duration, volume rules and price components. We prepare the decision basis; you select and appoint the supplier.

03 / Support supply commencement and changes

The agreed scope can include coordinating supply commencement, contract deadlines and supply-point changes. Moves and changes of operator require clear supply-point information, dates and responsibilities. We support agreed notifications with the necessary authorisations. Supplier confirmations and outstanding queries are assigned transparently.

Support throughout the contract ↗

Questions from day-to-day operations.

Can several legal entities tender together?

A coordinated tender is possible where data access, authorisations and the respective contracting parties are clear. Grouping demand does not remove the legal independence of the companies involved. We agree which volumes can be combined on a comparable basis and which entity will enter each contract.

What matters when sites change at short notice?

Contractual deadlines and technical switching processes must be distinguished. Faster electricity supplier switching does not automatically shorten existing contractual commitments. Retrospective allocation to the chosen electricity supplier is not possible. Inform the relevant parties in good time and establish supply commencement, contract end dates and handover information before the change.

Does NeoBid manage technical supply resilience?

Our role covers agreed procurement and contract support. Grid operation, technical installations and backup power remain the responsibility of the relevant providers and your operations team. For critical uses in particular, your specialists establish technical requirements, and relevant procurement requirements are then considered together.

How are green energy and on-site generation considered?

You define requirements for origin, product quality and documentation. With on-site electricity generation, we consider remaining grid purchases and their timing. A PPA additionally requires careful assessment of generation profiles, offtake commitments and residual volumes. We agree the information you need for internal reports without equating guarantees of origin with additional emissions reductions.
