Support supply points
We can support supply point registrations, deregistrations and changes. We agree information, responsibilities and the process with you.
01 / Data basis & access
Before the tender and procurement strategy, we clarify which data is available, who provides it and how it can be used effectively.
We define the data basis required, structure the available information and prepare it for the tender and procurement strategy.
You set the objectives and provide information on the portfolio, existing contracts and approvals. Together, we clarify which documents are available and who may provide them.
Your property management team knows the supply points, changes in use and operational contacts. Within the agreed scope, it supports the provision of property and consumption data and the coordination of changes.
External billing and back-office providers can support property management with service-charge statements, invoice checks, property accounting, and the maintenance and validation of master data. Where commissioned and authorised, they can prepare available energy-related invoice, consumption and supply-point data for procurement.
ESG and real-estate data systems can structure bills, meter readings and consumption. Existing energy and supply-point data can be transferred into reporting processes within the agreed scope – for example for KPIs, sustainability reporting or a CRREM-oriented risk assessment.
With a power of attorney from the customer, we request the data needed for procurement and ongoing support from the energy supplier. This includes consumption data, supply-point and contract information and, where available and necessary, load profiles. The power of attorney specifies which data we may obtain.
02 / Ongoing contract support
After contract signing, we support the agreed tasks throughout the term – in a way that fits your portfolio and your team.
We can support supply point registrations, deregistrations and changes. We agree information, responsibilities and the process with you.
NeoBid One is our portal for working together. Within the agreed scope, you can initiate requests through the ticket system and track their processing status.
We define transparently in the engagement which tasks are handled by NeoBid, your team or your property manager, and coordinate changes with you in good time.
03 / Reporting & next procurement
Available data helps classify ongoing costs transparently and prepare the next procurement in good time.
Where consumption and billing data is available, we support the agreed analysis and compile information for internal or external reporting processes.
Together, we keep new properties, move-outs, refurbishment projects and expiring contracts in view so that required decisions can be prepared early.
Before the next tender, we review requirements, data availability and timing. This creates a procurement strategy that fits your current portfolio.
No. Scope and responsibilities depend on your needs and the agreed engagement. Reporting requires the necessary consumption data to be available.
No. Through NeoBid One, we handle supplier coordination within the agreed scope, clearly and transparently. You can initiate registrations, deregistrations and changes through the ticket system and track their progress. This supports your teams or those of your external manager.
We discuss changed requirements, available data and upcoming contract expiries. This can inform an updated strategy for the next tender. Responsibilities and dates are agreed within the engagement.
If your portfolio changes, we assess together what this means for the next electricity and gas procurement round.
